Where are the treatments located?
All appointments (unless online) are held at the Krishna Village farm, 525 Tyalgum Road, Eungella 2484 NSW.
Massage, Ayurvedic treatments, Reiki & Sound Healing:
In the Massage & Energy Healing area next to the Yoga Hall.
Counselling, Ayurvedic consultations & Vedic Astrology:
In the Counselling Room close to reception.
LED Light Therapy:
In the LED Light Therapy Room beside the reception.
Do you accept HICAPS or private health insurance?
At the moment, we do not accept HICAPS or private health insurance claims.
What is your booking policy?
- Bookings can be made through Fresha or at Krishna Village reception.
- Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.
- Same-day bookings may be available depending on therapist availability—please check Fresha or speak to reception.
- We recommend booking ahead, as sessions often fill quickly.
What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?
To honour the time of our practitioners and other guests, we kindly ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable due to the short notice.
How do I prepare for a Vedic Astrology reading?
Before your session, you will receive a link for the form via email (in your registration notification email for your appointment).
Please provide:
1. Your date of birth
2. Your city/town of birth
3. Your exact birth time

What should I wear?
- For Massage and Ayurvedic treatments, towels and draping are provided.
- For Reiki, Sound Healing, Counselling, or Astrology, comfortable clothing is recommended.
- For Pressotherapy, loose pants are ideal.
Can I book multiple treatments on the same day?
If you need help coordinating timing, reception is happy to assist.
What products do you use?
We use high-quality, natural massage oils and essential oils. Ayurvedic oils are traditional and carefully prepared according to Ayurvedic methods.
Is pregnancy safe for these treatments?
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy.
Please inform us when booking so we can recommend the safest and most supportive options for you.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins may be possible depending on practitioner availability, but booking ahead is strongly encouraged.
What payment methods do you accept?
Directly through Fresha (online),
or at Krishna Village reception via Card or Cash.
