By booking a service, visiting our centre, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms ensure a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients and practitioners.

1. General Information

KV Wellness offers massage, Ayurveda, counselling, and other holistic therapies designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

 

2. Bookings and Appointments

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• You will receive a confirmation email or message once your appointment is scheduled.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to relax and complete any required forms.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent clients.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or change your appointment:

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee.

• Prepaid sessions or gift vouchers forfeited due to late cancellations cannot be refunded.

 

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

• We accept cash, card, and secure online payments.

• Gift vouchers and memberships must be presented or confirmed at the time of booking.

• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

 

5. Health and Safety

Your wellbeing is our top priority.

• Please inform your therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.

• Some services may not be suitable for certain conditions (e.g., pregnancy, recent surgery, contagious illness).

• Our therapists reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to continue.

 

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional, respectful environment at all times.

• Inappropriate behaviour, language, or requests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Clients are expected to behave courteously toward staff and other clients.

 

7. Gift Vouchers and Memberships

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Membership benefits apply only while your membership is active and cannot be transferred.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal and health information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and stored securely in line with Australian Privacy Laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken to ensure your comfort and safety, KV Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after a session, except where required by law.

• Any allergic reactions or sensitivities not disclosed prior to treatment.

All services are provided at your discretion and participation is voluntary.
